Pancakes are delicious… but high in calories and sugar! The best would be to make low-calories pancakes, gluten-free and rich in proteins… Oh, wait! I know this recipe! Here it is: easy and quick banana pancakes.

Ingredients
1 banana
20g buckwheat flour
2 eggs
15g proteins powder
1 tea spoon of oil (olive or coconuts)
Ustensils
a pan
a spatula
a bowl
a fork
a tea spoon
Steps
Peel the banana and cut in pieces. Put in a bowl.
Mash the banana with a fork until it gets smooth.
Add two eggs and beat the mixture until it gets even.
Add buckwheat flour and mix.
Add the proteins powder, and mix until it becomes a dense liquid.
Pre-heat the pan with the equivalent of a tea spoon of coconuts or olive oil.
Pour the mixture in the pan little by little to form small circles (size according to your taste).
Flip the pancakes 30 seconds after bubbles appear on the top with a spatula. Pancakes’ edges have to be a bit solid.
And voilà!
You can eat the banana pancakes with whatever you feel like. Personally, I love to put peanut butter and blueberry jam on the top. Yes, both of them! If you don’t believe me, try it out ;)
